Hi Laura,
I’m looking for a dark charcoal-blue mix exterior paint color. Saw a house with shingles painted in this shade. Looks dark blue at first but upon closer look color looks gray. Any colors to suggest? Wall Street, Hale Navy (BM)?, any other? Thanks!
Val
Thank you for your comment. I would love to help you find the dark charcoal blue that you are wanting for your exterior. However it sounds like you are in need of more than I can offer by responding to your comment. Please check out my Exterior Color Consultation packages in my shop.
Thoughts on Wall Street or Gale Force as an exterior color choice with a gray trim for a mid century home with a rust/brown shingled roof?
Contemplating the opposite as well…lighter exterior with darker blue trim/doors and cedar wood accents.
Wall Street is a beautiful color and would look great with a lighter gray trim (or reversed, if you want!). I also like your idea of doing some cedar wood accents. If you would like further help pulling the look together and making final color choices, I offer Exterior Color Consultation and would love to assist you!
