   My house is painted in two colors basically—silver strand for the great groom and agreeable gray for the living room and bedrooms. The white trim and ceilings throughout are pure white. The kitchen links the two areas and I have natural maple cabinets. I have almost no wall space at all because I am almost all cabinets, but I was thinking of using a color add some interest in a transition between the two dominant colors. I have a bias for blues or yellow—but rather think yellow would look bad with the natural maple cabinets. I am wondering if there is a blue you would recommend as a transition color. Thanks for any advice you have.
