Please update this color. Am thinking of using this in my master bathroom and am looking for a neutral color for my bedroom. I have gorgeous casings around my windows in the bedroom that will be painted sw creamy. Would antique white sw be enough contrast to creamy? Would it be too light to have meditative in bathroom or should I go sw languid blue? So confusing!
Hi there! Page is updated now. Antique White is not a lot of contrast against the Creamy, but that might be okay. I would get a sample and see how it looks in your lighting since that will make a difference. If you would like more contrast agains the Creamy trim color, go for more of a pure white on the walls or go a bit darker than Antique White with something like Accessible Beige (which is still a pretty light neutral).
Meditative could look great in a bathroom, but again it really depends on the lighting. You may want to also try Rain or Sleepy Blue for more of a soft “spa” feel for your Master Bath. Let me know if you would like further Color Consultation!
Hi Ruth, just wondering what you think of Meditative for an exterior on a bungalow that will be lower half a medium gray and the upper half meditative.
I think Meditative on an exterior would be very pretty! Especially paired with a gray on the bottom half. I would love to see pictures of the finished results. 🙂
Thanks so much for reaching out and have a great week,
Laura
I second Laura’s recommendation of sw Rain for a master bath. That’s what I used in mine and it is a beautiful soothing color, very tranquil. My brother is a professional painter – and being my brother, he’s perfectly happy to tell me when I’ve gone all wrong with a paint shade.
When he saw Rain in my bathroom he just kept saying how perfect it was.
