All about Finish
A flat finish has no sheen and is a good option if you have heavily textured walls or if you have places on your wall that you would like to appear less noticeable.
An Eg-Shel/Satin finish will hide potential markings on the walls and is perfect for high traffic areas. Eg-Shel/Satin is the perfect in-between (not too shiny, not too matte) and is my tried and true finish color of choice.
A Semi-Gloss finish is one step down from glossy, but still has some sheen to it. A Semi-Gloss finish tends to work well for trim, baseboards, doors, etc.
A Gloss finish will provide the highest level of shine/sheen that you can get from paint. It has a high cleanability factor and is useful for front doors or sometimes trim. A Gloss finish does have the potential to cast a glare when light bounces off of it.

FAQ & Refunds
Yes! We hand paint 2 coats of the Sherwin-Williams color you select in Eg-shel/Satin finish. Our peel and stick paint samples are painted with the true color and finish offered by Sherwin-Williams.
Our paint sample will not damage the sheetrock. However, depending on how long the sample is left on the wall and how fast you remove the paint sample from your wall, specks of the current paint may be removed. If specks of paint do come off, it is not noticeable.
If used correctly, then yes, the paint samples are reusable. As long as you move the paint samples directly from one wall to the next, you can easily reuse for viewing in different spaces and different lighting. However, once the paint sample is removed from its paper backing, you most likely will not be able to place it back on the paper backing. Once the paint sample is removed from the paper backing, make sure to only move the paint sample from wall to wall. If you want to use the paint sample in another home or save the paint sample for the next time you paint, then we recommend not removing it from its paper backing and instead use another method to stick the paint sample to your wall.
To qualify for a refund a paint sample must be either: the wrong color or finish than ordered, damaged or missing.
Before we can process your refund we request that you send photos of your sample. You may email them to support@rughdesign.com and we will process your request ASAP.
When purchasing please take note of the shipping method you choose to ensure that you receive your paint samples within the timeframe that you need.
